At Rapid Response, our year has certainly started with a bang. January 2017 saw 729 jobs in total, but in January 2018 we experienced 922 jobs, an increase of 26.5% on last year which is something we are extremely proud of.
February has seen this momentum continue, and the increase in work is set to rise even further with new client acquisitions, Luminous Group who specialise in property management for blocks and tenanted properties, Seymour House, maintaining the highly successful chain of Nursery Schools, and Purple Bricks who have commissioned us to look after their reactive and planned works to tenanted properties in the home counties.
To accompany this incredible start to the year, we have also been very busy with training, and members of our specialist and diverse teams have expanded their skills with Legionella testing, LPA Gas certification renewals, Non-licensed Asbestos accreditation renewals, and the introduction of commercial key cutting which will further expand our service offering. Some of our team have also had inductions to work on a local university campus, ready to start working on repairs and planned works almost immediately. To accompany the increased level of jobs being booked in, client acquisitions and training, we have also been very busy working on our GDPR compliance to make sure we are ready for the 25th May this year. A busy start to the year, and not much room to draw breath!
With all of the activity since the turn over year whilst growing into and becoming accustomed to our new purpose-built HQ, the continued expansion of our team and services, we are certainly experiencing a continuation of the hard work we put in last year. We are predicting continued growth throughout 2018, looking for the forthcoming months to be equally as impressive. If we continue to hit new targets our annual ‘jobs completed’ could reach in excess of 1100 by 31st December this year, up by approximately 28%.
