The largest part of our business is most certainly reactive maintenance. Our teams are constantly active in meeting the call out needs of our clients, whether this is to fix a blocked toilet, or carry out important repair works on a heating system.
Our reputation in maintenance and preventative maintenance has been growing extensively over the past few years, and knowledge of the service we provide has seen the company acquire a number of new extensive contracts with large organisations. Harwich Haven Authority is a recent client acquisition for Rapid Response, and we have now been instructed to carry out all emergency repair works provided by our call-out service across the port based in Harwich.
This will pretty much cover our full skillset, and we can handle plumbing, electrical, drainage and most maintenance works for the authority!
