One of the main areas for Rapid Response is long-term contracts. This can include a complete maintenance contract for a housing association, making sure all buildings are kept within specific standards, or working for private individuals who own large property portfolios which are either rented or purely investment property in the heart of London.
We also maintain boilers across multiple unit contracts on an ongoing basis. This allows us to utilise our sophisticated project management systems, providing and monitoring service line agreements, and making sure these are met to our clients satisfaction. All H&S is recorded where required and documents are held digitally within our Clik project management system.
Part of the boiler maintenance services also include Gas Safety Reports, and where required we complete Electrical Inspection Reports.
The Rapid Response team are well versed multiple unit maintenance, and our team manages the ongoing requirements, liaising with our engineers and reporting back to our clients through our systems.
