One of the main areas for Rapid Response is long-term contracts. This can include a complete maintenance contract for a housing association, making sure all buildings are kept within specific standards, or working for private individuals who own large property portfolios which are either rented or purely investment property in the heart of London.
We also maintain boilers across multiple unit contracts on an ongoing basis. This allows us to utilise our sophisticated project management systems, providing and monitoring service line agreements, and making sure these are met to our clients satisfaction. All H&S is recorded where required and documents are held digitally within our Clik project management system.
Part of the boiler maintenance services also include Gas Safety Reports, and where required we complete Electrical Inspection Reports.
The Rapid Response team are well versed multiple unit maintenance, and our team manages the ongoing requirements, liaising with our engineers and reporting back to our clients through our systems.

Extensive Commercial Business and Premises - adhoc reactive and planned heating /plumbing and general maintenance work. Approximate contract value of £30,000/annum.
Large house brand in the insurance industry - we are on their panel of listed approved contractors covering boiler, plumbing ,roofing ,electrical emergency callout work in Essex. This provides a large volume of work to the value of approximately £250,000/annum.
Government - through a managing agent we carry out in void properties Legionella tests, ECIR Electrical Periodic tests, Gas Safety tests , boiler services, large scale carpet replacement to void properties and emergency callout works. Large volume of work adhoc in the East and South East. Approximate value of £200,000/annum.
Large Insurance Claims Client - home insurance claim repair, this covers Fire/water damage to properties, flood damage, accidental damage and all manner of Home owner insurance claims such damaged structures, storm damaged roofs and third party damage. We are on their panel of contractors covering Essex which includes low volume high value claims with a total approximate value of £500,000/annum.
